Section 10 Ins–Avenches: 24 km 
A cultural stage with a demanding course direction. The route leads via the HPM Expo.02 - monument, the elegant Rotary Bridge, which links German and French-speaking Switzerland. Definitely ditch your skates at Murten and climb up to the old town.

Section 11 Avenches–Estavayer-le-Lac: 24 km 
It’s well worth taking a tour through the old Roman town of Avenches before setting off. There are two tricky downhill stretches to Payerne and then it’s over the rise at Sévaz down to Estavayer. The stage requires skating skills or short sections on foot.
